HR leaders, business executives, and futurists share innovative strategies for ‘Thriving in a White Water World of Work’ at BetterUp’s annual customer conference
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — FEBRUARY 4, 2020 — BetterUp, the market leader and pioneer of mobile, personalized coaching for professionals, announced today a lineup of HR and business luminaries, thought leaders, and Fortune 1000 customers at Uplift, BetterUp’s annual customer conference.
Themed “EX 2020: Thriving in a White Water World of Work,” this year’s event centers on how organizations can foster a richer, more impactful employee experience (EX) for their people to produce better business outcomes. The event will take place March 2-4 at the Claremont Club & Spa in Berkeley, California.
“The white water world of work that we live in today is ever changing, hyper connected, and highly ambiguous,” said Alexi Robichaux, co-founder and CEO of BetterUp, which is seeing explosive growth for its industry-leading coaching solutions. “To thrive in this new world of work that is being disrupted by technological advancements, it is critical, now more than ever, that our workers are equipped with the right creative capabilities—rapid decision-making skills, learning agility, a growth mindset, the ability to creatively solve problems, and compassionate leadership. To stay competitive, organizations must invest in these capabilities and the overall employee experience.”
At Uplift, attendees will glean insights from forward-thinking leaders, successful practitioners, and the latest research to learn how to enhance their employee experience. BetterUp will also be unveiling its newest product features to its coaching platform during the conference.

- Shawn Achor, renowned happiness researcher and New York Times bestselling author of The Happiness Advantage
