First guest, Olympian Shaun White, shares insights on reaching the top—and soaring from there

SAN FRANCISCO, April 15, 2020 -- BetterUp, the market leader and pioneer of mobile, personalized coaching for professionals, announced today the public launch of BetterUp Live, a weekly, live web series featuring best-selling authors, Olympians, psychologists, and entertainers to foster connection, learning, and resilience amid the COVID-19 crisis.

The first public episode, launching April 16, features legendary snowboarder and three time Olympic Gold Medalist, Shaun White, who will discuss how he reached the top in his sport and how and why he continues to develop himself and inspire millions of people around the world.

Each week, BetterUp Live guests like White will engage in lively discussions and topics that will provide inspiration and tips to help listeners thrive during this difficult time of social isolation, a much needed break in the work day, a respite from the monotony of social distancing, and ideas for supercharging daily performance.

“Here at BetterUp, we believe that learning, connection, self-development, and self-care can help us not just survive the crisis, but also thrive,” says Alexi Robichaux, BetterUp CEO and Co-Founder. “BetterUp Live is where the BetterUp community gathers to learn, connect and flourish together, and to develop resilience and emotional agility -- capabilities that are especially needed in a time of crisis.”
