BetterUp was recognized for its work with Logitech, integrating with Logitech’s “Learning at Logi” program to provide weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to 140 employees located across the US, Europe and Asia. By dedicating 30 minutes per week to personalized BetterUp coaching sessions, Logitech members’ levels of stress improved by 23 percentile points, levels of burnout improved by 18 percentile points, and levels of optimism improved by 13 percentile points.

A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?

“We’re honored and humbled that BetterUp has been recognized by Brandon Hall Group for our work with Logitech,” said Alexi Robichaux CEO and Co-founder of BetterUp. “Employees spend more time than ever at the workplace so it’s extremely important to find purpose and balance at work. That sense of fulfillment does not come automatically, and to have the highest performing employees, businesses need to provide effective solutions, such as coaching, that will help their teams grow personally and professionally.”

Mike Cooke, Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group, said, “Our technology award winners are truly outstanding and set a high bar for others. We have learned a great deal from what they have accomplished. The awards programs supplement our quantitative research in providing our team with unique insights to share with our members and clients.”
