BetterUp today announced the company has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group silver award for Best Advance in Online Coaching Tools, in the Talent Management category.
BetterUp, the first mobile-based learning platform that offers executive coaching to all levels of an organization, today announced the company has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group silver award for Best Advance in Online Coaching Tools, in the Talent Management category. BetterUp was recognized for its work with Logitech, integrating with Logitech’s “Learning at Logi” program to provide weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to 140 employees located across the US, Europe and Asia. By dedicating 30 minutes per week to personalized BetterUp coaching sessions, Logitech members’ levels of stress improved by 23 percentile points, levels of burnout improved by 18 percentile points, and levels of optimism improved by 13 percentile points.
A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:
- Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
- Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
- Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
- Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
