How does the BetterUp Grow™ free trial work?

Your free trial allows you to select a cross-functional group to experience Grow directly in Slack or Teams.* We also offer office hours (optional) and a design session at the end of your trial where we'll help you create your ideal solution. All use of the product during the trial will be governed by BetterUp’s Acceptable Use Policy.

What’s included in the trial?

It's a full access trial that includes the AI coaching experience, onboarding support, kickoff guidance, and periodic check-ins. The experience is lightweight (~5–10 minutes/day per user) and designed to drive insights you can act on.

Is there a cost or commitment required?

It's a complimentary trial for qualified organizations. All we ask is that you align with your BetterUp team on trial goals and commit to a design session at the end to evaluate results and explore what a full rollout could look like.

Do participants have to re-onboard if we move forward after the trial?

No. If you sign up after the trial, your account and data will continue without interruption. No lost progress, no rework.

Do you provide a playbook or best practices to set up the trial?

Absolutely. Your BetterUp team will guide you through our playbook for setup. This includes participant guidance, kickoff support, recommended scenarios, and tips for driving engagement throughout the 30 days.
