Hala holds an MBA in strategic management and a Master's of Design in Foresight and Innovation. With knowledge of the tools of product development, design thinking, and systems, Hala works to co-create outcomes that move the meter.

Hala is a volunteer as an executive mentor for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Futurpreneur Canada, national non-profits supporting emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
