Allison is Senior VP of Product at BetterUp, where she leads our teams in building products that blend the latest science and technology to accelerate individual and organizational transformation. Allison began her career developing selection assessments for the federal government at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and later worked in Marriott International's talent analytics group. Before joining BetterUp, Allison led research teams at CEB (now Gartner) focused on leadership performance, employee engagement, and Natural Language Processing. Allison received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Washington University, her MA in Quantitative Psychology from James Madison University, and her BS in Psychology with Summa Cum Laude distinction from James Madison University.
