Samiur Rahman

Samiur Rahman is BetterUp's Vice President of AI Product, leading the teams that build the AI Coach and the platform behind it: memory, evaluations, retrieval, and safety. He also leads BetterUp's Flow-of-Work integrations, bringing coaching into the tools people use daily. He and his team help determine how AI becomes an operating system for human performance at scale.

Samiur joined BetterUp through the acquisition of Heyday, an AI knowledge management product he co-founded for management consultants, researchers, and executive coaches. Before that, he spent more than fifteen years at the intersection of machine learning and product — starting as an engineer at Amazon Web Services, then building ML-powered products across multiple startups before founding his own.

He studied electrical engineering and machine learning at The Cooper Union, and has been a coaching client for seven years.
