David Garver

David Garver is Vice President of Product Management at BetterUp, leading the Platform product organization.
David joined BetterUp in 2025 from Instrumental, where he led Product and Design for the Series C SaaS platform delivering AI-powered insights to electronics manufacturing brands. Earlier, he spent a decade at Medallia, where he rose from Senior Analyst to Vice President of Product Management leading the Core Platform team. At Medallia, his team supported $449M in annual recurring revenue and shipped the platform and administration capabilities underpinning the Medallia Experience Cloud. He was there through the company's full arc from Sequoia-backed Series A to NYSE IPO and $6.4B public acquisition.
David holds a B.S. in Economics and Philosophy from Duke University.
