Ryan is a proven builder of web and mobile products, and an architect and implementer of technology platforms to launch new companies, explore business concepts, and unlock innovation within business processes. Ryan’s passion for what he does, coupled with talent and experience, combines into a meticulous eye for craftsmanship as BetterUp's Chief Technology Architect for the Center for Daring Leadership.

Prior to BetterUp, Ryan held senior engineering and development roles with UnitedHealth Group, VMware, Socialcast, and Digital River.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Information Science from Minnesota State University.
