Chanel Fanaberia

SVP, Center for Daring Leadership

Chanel is BetterUp’s Senior Vice President of the Center for Daring Leadership. She also leads our Network Operations and is responsible for growing and fostering BetterUp’s global network of 3,000+ Coaches working across 60+ languages and 70+ countries. 

BetterUp Operations is a core part of building and supporting all BetterUp experiences through swift, comprehensive, personalized, and delightful service to members, partners, and Coaches. As a results-driven leader with deep experience building marketplaces that transform the way we live, Chanel brings extensive experience in operations and product management and has helped scale some of the fastest-growing companies in recent history including Lyft and Eventbrite.

Chanel graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Journalism.
