Specializing in emotional, mental, and cultural agility and resilience, Kerstin supports individuals globally in times of personal and professional transition with the tools they need to navigate complex realities and belong. With a background in International Cultural and Business Studies, she is a professional Coach for Transformation (ACC-ICF) and a Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) facilitator.

Born and raised in Germany, India has been home to Kerstin for over a decade — teaching her to listen, observe, and grow.
