Ron is BetterUp’s SVP of Business Operation. Ron’s team supports the company’s strategy and execution of strategic initiatives across BetterUp.
Ron began his career in management consulting with Bain & Company before moving into the K-12 space with African Leadership Academy, Informed K-12, and eSpark Learning.
Ron earned a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Southern California and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
