Kristian Talvitie
Chief Financial Officer
Kristian Talvitie is BetterUp’s Chief Financial Officer, leading finance, accounting, and investor relations across the company. He is focused on helping drive profitable growth and the continued transformation of BetterUp’s strategic positioning in the vibrant markets we serve.
Kristian joined BetterUp in March 2026 from PTC, the global industrial software company, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2019 through 2025. Previously, he served as CFO of Syncsort (now Precisely), a global leader in data integrity, and CFO of Sovos Compliance, a global tax and compliance technology platform.
Earlier in his career, Kristian held finance leadership roles at PTC, including Corporate Vice President of Finance and Vice President of FP&A, as well as commercial leadership roles at Plexus, including Vice President of Marketing and Market Sector Vice President, where he led commercial strategy across $400M+ industrial, defense, and aerospace business segments.
Kristian also serves on the Board of Directors of Blackbaud, a position he has held since January 2024.
He holds an MS in Management from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Allegheny College.
