Dan Stanton is BetterUp's Vice President of Enterprise Sales for EMEA, leading new business across the region as BetterUp continues to scale its presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Dan joined BetterUp over seven years ago from Linkedin, as one of the first Enterprise Account Executives covering Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest. Since then, he has built and led teams across nearly every segment of the business. He served as Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales, where he stood up a new Midwest team focused on Fortune 500 acquisition; Head of Global SMB Acquisition, where he led the cross-functional effort to bring BetterUp to the largest employer base in the world; and Area Vice President of Global 500 Accounts, leading a team focused on conversion, expansion, and retention across BetterUp's largest customers. Most recently, as Regional Vice President of Account Management, Dan returned the business to growth and led a team that shifted from reactive renewals to proactive full-platform expansion.
Before BetterUp, Dan spent four years at LinkedIn as a Regional Sales Manager for Sales Solutions, where he built and led the Chicago team supporting small and mid-market businesses on Sales Navigator. He began his career at CDW, where he spent seven years in roles spanning account management and district sales leadership across the Pacific Northwest, earning the company's Crystal Award for top sales team performance. Prior to his corporate experience, Dan and his Wife started businesses in Argentina and South Africa, focused on teaching English and building after-school programs, respectively.
Dan holds a B.S. in International Business and Spanish from Augustana College.
