Serge Vasil

VP, Product Design

Serge Vasil is BetterUp's Vice President of Product Design, leading the company's product design organization end-to-end. His work spans the full platform, with particular focus on applying AI to behavior change and building cohesive product systems at scale.

Before joining BetterUp, Serge was VP of Product Design at Vimeo, where he led product design across both self-serve and enterprise. He defined Vimeo's early AI product direction, launched AI-assisted video creation, and unified the core product experience — outcomes that drove self-serve growth and enterprise expansion.

Prior to Vimeo, Serge served as SVP of Product Design at Aura and Head of Design at Pango, where he scaled design teams and led product strategy for subscription-based security platforms used by millions. Earlier in his career, he held senior product design roles at Redfin and Fitbit, and contributed agency-side work at Saatchi & Saatchi. Serge studied architecture before moving into product design.
