Uplift is more than a conference — it’s an immersive, two-day summit where visionary leaders, pioneering researchers, and industry luminaries come together to exchange insights, share experiences, and develop business strategies grounded in the most current and impactful human performance research.

This two-day summit will take place on April 15–16, 2026 in San Francisco at the Hilton Union Square. We encourage you to arrive on April 14 so that you can pick up your badge and jump into the event head first on the 15th.

Uplift content and networking experiences are specifically designed for executives from enterprise and government organizations. While we wish we could welcome as many people as possible to the event, we’re prioritizing in-person attendance for those whose roles are most directly relevant to the programming. That means tickets are reserved for these executives and their teams.

If this doesn’t describe you, you’re still very welcome to register for the virtual event to access select content we’re making available via live stream.

Uplift is not open to the public and we require that every attendee has a valid ticket for admission.

This year’s theme is “Agents of Change.” In a world defined by disruption and reinvention, HR leaders aren’t just responding to change—they’re driving it. At Uplift 2026, we’ll explore how CHROs and people leaders can activate transformation at every level, harness emerging technologies like GenAI, and build the leadership and culture required to shape what’s next.

Select sessions from the event will be live streamed on April 15–16. For a limited time after the event, a curated collection of content will be available on-demand.

To secure your spot for Uplift 2026, click the "Register" button at the top of this page. If you have an invite code, your in-person registration will be instantly confirmed. If you don’t, you can apply to attend or choose to register virtually. Once you have a confirmed registration, you will be sent further details for the event including accommodations and access to the event portal and event features.

You can ask your BetterUp contact for an invite code. Quantities are limited, so they may not always have one available.

Without an invite code, you can still apply to attend in person. We review applications regularly and will contact you with an update on the status of your application as soon as we have one. If you prefer, you can also register for the virtual event, which is free and doesn’t require invite codes or approval.
