Hailey is BetterUp’s Vice President of Client Partnerships and leads one of BetterUp‘s critical growth initiatives, focused on configuring BetterUp’s proven combination of science, technology, and people to solve specific business challenges with our partners. The challenge she is focused on this year is Sales Performance, creating solutions specifically tailored for sales leaders to drive revenue growth through developing their front-line leaders and sales teams with tailored coaching interventions that drive optimal growth and performance.
Hailey began her career as a research analyst and consultant. She has a passion for bringing together talent from various backgrounds and perspectives to solve client challenges and has spent more than 10 years in CHRO advisory roles. Prior to BetterUp, Hailey was a Partner in IBM’s Talent & Transformation practice, leading client accounts, practice growth initiatives, and had P&L accountability for a large, global talent operation.
Hailey has a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Applied Psychology, and a Ph.D. In Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University. In 2019, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) recognized Hailey for Distinguished Early Career Contributions to the Practice of I-O Psychology.
